Family Promise provides resources to families with children experiencing homelessness in Albany County.
​
We work with a network of community support partners to both prevent homelessness, and help families transition out of homelessness. We also operate a diaper and hygiene pantry that is available to the broader community.
Resources for Families
Family Promise of Albany County helps families by providing programs, information, and resources to assist them in their journey toward independent housing while building lasting relationships with volunteers and other families.

Homelessness Prevention: Rental and utility assistance to help families stay housed.

Deposit Assistance: Helping local families find safe, stable housing.

Temporary Shelter: Short-term support for families as they work towards secure housing (not available on an emergency basis)

Diaper & Hygiene Pantry: Open to anyone in need of essential supplies including diapers, baby wipes, and hygiene necessities.

Wyoming Kids Closet: Clothing for any youth in Albany County.

Individualized Case Management tailed to each Family's unique needs.
