Family Promise of Albany County prevents and ends homelessness for families with children by helping them achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.
Programs & Services​
At Family Promise of Albany County, our focus is on providing crucial resources to families with children who are facing homelessness. Through collaborative partnerships with various community support organizations, we work to not only prevent homelessness but also assist families in successfully transitioning out of homelessness. Additionally, we offer a diaper and hygiene pantry and the Wyoming Kids Closet, which is open to the wider community to provide essential items to those in need. We are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of families in our area and strive to create a supportive and empowering environment for all those we serve.
